What it does

What it does

Converts special characters to percent-encoded format for safe use in URLs, and decodes them back.

How to use

  • Encode — uses encodeURIComponent() — encodes everything including : / ? # &. Use for query parameter values.
  • Encode Full URL — uses encodeURI() — preserves URL structure characters. Use for complete URLs with special characters in path.
  • Decode — decodes both formats back to readable text.

🔁 ROT13 Cipher

What it does

Applies the ROT13 substitution cipher — shifts each letter by 13 positions in the alphabet. Applying it twice returns the original text (it’s its own inverse).

How to use
